Being successful at someone else's vision of your life is a losing proposition. Know what matters to you. Be clear about what you value and hold dear. Determine what your version of a life well-lived looks like and then set out to accomplish it. Measure only against your self-determined reference points. Play your game and don't be distracted by the crowd - most of them have no clue where they're headed.
